The Washtenaw County Road Commission has closed the intersection of Miller and Zeeb roads to construct a roundabout. Construction should be complete by mid-July, weather dependent. The suggested Miller Road detour map is here. The suggested Zeeb Road detour map is here.

Code of Ordinances

Following the requirements in the new State Zoning Enabling Act of 2006, Scio reorganized its Zoning Code and several other stand-alone Township codes into a single, comprehensive Township Code document. This code was adopted by the Board of Trustees and became effective July 28, 2009.

Some modifications, mostly required updates, were made to previous ordinances and included in the new Code. If items from previous ordinances are not in the new Code, they are no longer valid. The Code is updated from time to time as the need arises.
