The water and sewer bill reflects actual usage from your water meter. Water and sewer bills are issued quarterly.

The annual Debt Service Charge to be applied to users of the water system and billed proportionally during the normal billing cycle. The Debt Service Charge is determined by dividing the annual cost of the principal and interest debt payments of the upcoming fiscal year by the number of equivalent users connected to the system as of March 31 of the preceding year. The Debt Service Charge will be updated annually each April 1 for the upcoming fiscal year.
